Due to the very custom nature of your Stemwear purchase, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Your Stemwear is made for you according to your style, size, and design selected. If you have questions related to your purchase prior to ordering (i.e. size, color, etc.) please don't hesitate to contact us.
If there is a product defect, please contact us (within 14 days of receipt!) and be ready to send us pictures of the defect so that we can help to troubleshoot.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to the very custom nature of your Stemwear purchase, we are not able to honor exchanges (for different styles, sizes, or colors). Your Stemwear is made for you according to your style, size, and design selected. We will, however, provide a discount on your next purchase to help make that re-purchase a little bit easier.
Due to the very custom nature of your Stemwear purchase, we are not able to offer refunds on products received. If your product is defective (and we've seen, received, and agreed that it is defective), we'll issue a refund on your order and work with you to place a new order. If refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
